Dad's First Father's Day Cards and Gifts
Every third Sunday in June, we celebrate Father's Day here in the U.S. It was first proposed by Sonora Smart Dodd of Spokane, WA, in 1909. In 1972, it became a nationwide holiday. Today, I'm featuring cards and gifts for new dads.
Below are some of my favorite cards for first time fathers.
I found this Father's Day card and smiled. What a clever idea for a first time Dad.
Here's simple, but modern take on a Father's Day card. No fluff, just nice clean type. As always, personalize it.
Masculine with a message for a father-to-be. What a great keepsake for later years.
Another first-time-dad card worth a smile or a chuckle. "Wish me luck" just cracks me up.
Add your own picture and message to the lovely keepsake.
I think this is a wonderful keepsake. Replace the photos with your own and add your own message.
Zazzle also has football and baseball keepsakes for first-time dads. You can check out all first-time dad merchandise here.
